Não. Como você afirmou, Sacrifício ao Caiphon requer um poder de ataque do Arcano, e poderes de Caminhos Paragon, Skill Powers, etc. não são poderes de Warlock.
Se fosse para isso, ele teria declarado algo como "Warlock ou Warlock Paragon Path Powers", como Well of Power de Kelgore (ênfase minha):
[...] Instead, the next time you make an attack with a wizard attack power or a wizard paragon path attack power before the end of your next turn, the attack deals 2d10 extra damage.
