The decision:
You have signed a declaration at the end of the visa application form confirming that the information you have given is complete and true to the best of your knowledge, also that you are aware that it is an offence to make a statement that you know to be false.
You state that you were refused a UK visit visa on the 15/04/2016 however you failed to declare that you had previously been refused on the 11/02/2016 and 17/03/2016. It is unclear why you have chosen not to provide a full and frank account of your immigration history.
You state that you are student and fully reliant on your mother for financial support whilst you study in Cyprus.
I note from your February 2016 application that you stated you earned 1,500 pounds from other sources but you did not state this was your mother and the source of the funds had not been evidenced in your application. you had also not evidence that the cash deposits which appeared in the bank statement you submitted.
In your March 2016 application you provided details concerning your mother's employment however there were unexplained deposits in your account which totalled 30 times her salary. you also intended to spend approximately eight months of your mothers on a single six day trip. therefore the entry clearance officer was not satisfied your circumstances were as stated.
In your April 2016 application you stated your mother had been given a raise and had become a shareholder, this had occureed because she had contribeted two containers worth at that time approximately 76,100,00 pounds. However you were unable to show her ownership of the containers, I also note that despite your mother having a bank account her salary and bonuses were paid in cash. Again the entry clearance officer was not satisfied your circumstances were as stated.
You have now provided further explanations for the anomalies in your applications by producing documents which refer to your mother's business dealings, the purchase of containers and the selling of land. However all the activity dates from 2014 and it is not clear why this was not declared at the time of your first application in 2016. Upon receiving your first refusal it would be reasonable to expect that in your subsequent application you would give a full and frank account. You chose not to so and it is only on your fourth application that the documents are being presented. This casts doubt on the documents and your mother's circumstances and therefore your circumstances.
Given the above I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes or that you will leave the UK at the end of your visit. Furthermore, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds to cover all reasonable costs in relation to your visit which includes the cost of the return or onward journey. Your application has therefore been refused under Paragraphs V4.2(a)(c)&(e) of Appendix V of the immigration rules.
Future Applications
Any future UK visa applications you make will be considered on their individual merites however you are likely to be refused unless the circumstances of your application change.
