Porque, com base nisso, parece que Bayaz planejou usar o Sand dan Glokta.

Acho que Bayaz não planejava selecionar Sand dan Glotka. Existem algumas pistas.

Não sei, Bayaz é um mentiroso conhecido e Bayaz sabia que o arquivista teria que ir por ordem. Eu imagino que a investigação de Rews é o que colocou Glokta em seu radar, considerando as questões sobre um certo banco.

Se qualquer coisa Bayaz sabia que tinha que haver algum substituto e que Glokta era o candidato perfeito, uma vez que ele foi feito Inquisitor Exempt e foi debutado por Sult como um inquisidor prolífico antes do conselho aberto.

É como Jezal, Bayaz encontrou algumas opções e Glokta subiu ao topo. Eu me arriscaria a dizer que, se Glokta falhasse, Harlen Morrow teria assumido o cargo de Alta-Justiça e liderado o conselho fechado.
