Sou um portador de passaporte filipino e estou planejando viajar para São Vicente e Granadinas neste mês. Preciso obter um visto de trânsito durante minha escala em Toronto e Porto de Espanha?

Você precisa de um visto canadense (a menos que tenha um visto nos EUA e viaje de / para os EUA). Eu suponho que você é um residente das Filipinas. Aqui estão referências relevantes:

Eu acho que sim, já que as Filipinas não estão isentas de visto.
