Não é descrito como eles se parecem, mas acho que podemos intuir que eles eram anéis de ouro, como os anéis anões. Isso ocorre porque a maioria dos Anéis de Poder foi feita pelos Elfos, mas foram apenas os três últimos (e os mais poderosos, presumivelmente diferentes) que eles conseguiram salvar de Sauron.
