Como referenciado por Loial em The Dragon Reborn. Artur Hawkwing era um grande Taveren. Parece que ele se destaca entre outros grandes heróis da Era das Lendas. Como é que a sua propriedade em Ta'veren se compara aos 3 rapazes dos dois rios?

Eu não sei especificamente sobre Perrin ou Mat, mas está bem estabelecido que Rand, como a reencarnação de Lews Therin, é o mais strong ta'veren da história. Em particular, compare a descrição de Loial Hawkwing à descrição de Rand's

onde ela podia literalmente sentir o padrão tentando levá-la a concordar com Rand, e o resto das pessoas presentes alegou que mal podia pensar, e muito menos agir livremente.

Nunca vemos nada tão strong de Mat ou Perrin. Isto implica que Hawkwing seria mais strongmente ta'veren do que com aqueles dois, mas menos que Rand.

Uma referência canônica para Artur Hawkwing é um menor ta'veren do que Rand, como disse @KutuluMike:

"No one knows anything about ta'veren as strong as Rand." For just a moment she sounded vexed at not knowing. "Artur Hawkwing was the most strongly ta'veren of whom any writings remain. And Hawkwing was in no way as strong as Rand."
