Sim, a Gol permite e não há restrições específicas quanto ao tamanho e peso.
Isso faz parte de uma conversa que tive com a GOL (eu tive que primeiro explicar o que eu quis dizer por item pessoal com o exemplo de uma câmera ou bolsa de laptop):
GOL: I was checking and I see that you can take a little bag like the one with a camera with no problems additionally to the carry on bag
Itai: Great. Are there any restrictions on the bag? Size or Weight?
GOL: I don't see anyone, it only says little bag with personal items.
