Ao considerar a segunda e terceira imagem na última linha, a cabeça do Caveira Vermelha é claramente distinguível, assim como seu decote (você pode ver a cabeça dele um pouco no primeiro tiro). E então, ao comparar as tacadas 2 a 3, a cabeça e o decote alongam-se, o que é uma indicação dele se teleportando.

Logo após esses quadros, a câmera segue o feixe de luz do já totalmente manifestado Tesseract para cima, como se estivesse focando no Red Skull.

IMO, se o Caveira Vermelha tivesse sido morto pelo poder do Tesseract, ele provavelmente não teria alongado assim, e a câmera não teria se comportado como tal ; mas, em vez disso, a Caveira Vermelha teria simplesmente se desintegrado completamente e / ou explodido (ou algum outro grande gesto, além de apenas desaparecer em um feixe).

The Avengers: Infinity War Prelude comic features flashbacks to that scene, and it drops a tantalizing hint that the Red Skull may have survived.

It all begins with The First Avenger. There, the Red Skull’s fate is sealed when he unwisely picks up the Tesseract. In contrast, hen Marvel Comics adapted this for their comic book adaptation, they chose to render it as an explosion of blue energy – as though the Red Skull had literally been atomized.
