Não há indicação de que Lucius tenha sido reintegrado como governador.

Quando os governantes escrevem para Hagrid, o livro diz:

We have decided to uphold the official complaint of Mr. Lucius Malfoy, and this matter will therefore be taken to the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures. [...]

There followed a list of the school governors.

Parece um pouco incomum que os governadores decidam sobre essa questão se Malfoy ainda estivesse entre seus membros. (E Harry e outros sabem que Lucius foi demitido como governador; eles seriam capazes de apontar um conflito de interesse / crime se ele tivesse sido reintegrado e estivesse decidindo sobre seu próprio caso.)

Hagrid faz strongs implicações que ele pode endurecer os governadores e / ou Ministério, mas não menciona nada sobre a sua reintegração:

“Them Disposal devils, they're all in Lucius Malfoy’s pocket! Scared o’ him!” [...]

“That Commitee's in Lucius Malfoy’s pocket.”
