Um cientista realiza experimentos com seu filho, que se torna um gênio que desenvolve um chip para reduzir a violência das pessoas (e resolver o problema de guerra, crime etc.). Tentativas de remover o chip resultam em morte.
No final, o mundo inteiro é controlado, mas o filho morre quando o processo de envelhecimento é acelerado.
