Why is Tigress stronger than Po?

Tigress can easily win against him BECAUSE she easily freed her hand when he was holding her finger and she nearly twisted po's hand too(kung fu panda 3 when she was trying to tell po that he couldn't stop kai without chi). she did it when po knew wuxi finger hold, when po was the one who fought with tailung,and...
