Por que Gwyneth Palthrow (Pepper Potts) não apareceu em Age of Ultron, mesmo como um cameo?

Primeiro, há a questão do contrato dela.

Há também a questão de que, de acordo com Paltrow, seu contrato com a Marvel terminou com o Iron Man 3.

While it was widely assumed that Gwyneth Paltrow was another star who had been signed up for a ridiculous number of Marvel movies, she has now told Empire Online that her contract expired with Iron Man 3! "My deal is over as well," she revealed when asked whether she think Robert Downey Jr. will make a return as the armoured Avenger. "When they signed us, they signed us for three. So that's it for the moment, but you never know." However, wasn't The Avengers her third appearance as Pepper Potts?! It turns out that she actually did that as a favour (although it would obviously be more than a little naive to assume she wasn't paid for the privilege).

Até onde sei, nunca houve qualquer intenção para ela, ou seu personagem, aparecer em Age of Ultron . O filme já está lotado de personagens e não tem tempo suficiente para mostrar a todos, mas pelo menos todos os "cameos" (War Machine, Falcon, etc.) causam um pequeno impacto na história. É difícil ver como Pepper Potts teria afetado a história.

No que diz respeito ao seu futuro, ela não deu qualquer indicação de que está programada para mais filmes, embora haja (como sempre) rumores de que ela possa estar em Captain America 3 .
