Não sabemos 100% de certeza, mas há evidências de que a maioria dos Comensais da Morte não sabia.

Especificamente, Lucius Malfoy não sabia:

Lúcio provavelmente também sabia que o Lorde das Trevas abriu a Câmara.

Lucius Malfoy provavelmente sabia que o Lorde das Trevas foi quem abriu a Câmara Secreta, já que até seu elfo doméstico, Dobby, sabia que o Lorde das Trevas estava envolvido na abertura pela segunda vez, e presumivelmente que Dobby não saberia mais sobre o Lorde das Trevas está abrindo a Câmara do que Lucius.
