Ontem fui ver a nova Beauty and the Beast e isso me incomodou desde então.
Durante todo o filme ela se chama Mrs. Potts e quando
she's finally reunited with her husband, he calls her darling or another pet name (I don't exactly remember what, but it wasn't her name)
Eu tenho olhado em volta e não encontrei nada, então se alguém souber eu ficarei muito grato.
He shouted happily, “Darling?”
Mrs. Potts smiled back. “Hello, Mr. Potts,” she said, running toward him.
“Beatrice, Chip,” he said as his wife and son fell into his arms. “I’ve found you.”
Essa menção (tanto no filme quanto na novelização do filme) é a primeira vez que vemos o nome dela em qualquer mídia da Disney.
Na versão de desenho animado, ela também é chamada de Beatrice pelo espanador quando ela anuncia
"Beatrice I saw a girl in the castle".
Durante a cena de reunião no final da ação ao vivo, eu acredito ter ouvido o Sr. Potts chamá-la de "Midge", mas posso estar errado.
