Elayne já testou o xale?

No final da série, não.

A seguinte troca em < em> Towers of Midnight diz-nos que Elayne não iria fazer o teste durante a gravidez:

"I need both of you to return to the Tower," Egwene said. "Elayne, I know what you're going to say - and yes, I realise that you are Queen, and that Andor's needs must be met. But so long as you haven't taken the oaths, other Aes Sedai will think you undeserving."

[...]

"True," Elayne said. "But the timing is ... awkward. I don't know if I want to risk swearing the oaths while pregnant. It might harm the children."

E ela ainda está grávida no final da série, então é uma suposição segura de que ela nunca fez o teste até então. Se ela leva após o final da série é outra questão, para a qual não há resposta canônica.

Para expandir a resposta de @ Randal'Thor, não só não vemos o teste de Elayne para o xaile, mas:

We see the Amyrlin Seat dead, and no one left to run the White Tower, and no one to enforce Elayne taking the test

Em fontes extras, como The Wheel of Time Companion e entrevistas, não recebemos nenhuma informação sobre como isso é tratado. No entanto, tenho minhas dúvidas que isso acontecerá necessariamente, porque

Part of the reason Elayne needed to take the test is because she, like Nynaeve, was a friend of Egwene's and was raised when Egwene was only the rebel Amyrlin. Those political reasons disappear because of the aforementioned death.

Se o Amyrlin decidir que é necessário empurrar a Rainha de Andor e a mãe das crianças do dragão sob a nova estrutura da Torre Branca, então isso provavelmente acontecerá, eventualmente , mas é impossível para dizer o que a Amyrlin vai querer.
