Não consegui descobrir que tipo de publicação o Imperial Herald é ou era, e meu google-Fu me falha ao usar apenas o termo - isso me dá muitas coisas não relacionadas. Porém, eu sei que não é um livro de splat 4E, por isso preciso de ajuda para descobrir o que realmente é isso.
