There probably weren't nine actors in Kingsguard outfits when the scene was filmed, as all nine are never in the camera frame at the same time. More likely, different takes of the same scene positioned the Kingsguard members differently, then mismatched the shots in the editing process.

Para ser sincero, é difícil provar um negativo, mas dei uma olhada no A Wiki of Ice and Fire e procurei um pouco nos livros, mas não encontrei nada.

Depende de você incluir todos com estilo de Guarda Real ou apenas aqueles que servem ao monarca entronizado do dia. Quando existem vários líderes se denominando o governante dos sete reinos, como existe para a maioria do GoT, também pode haver vários grupos denominados Guarda Real. A Guarda Real reina no trono apenas em número sete, mas isso não significa que haja apenas sete cavaleiros denominados Guarda Real a qualquer momento.
