Ele faz um comentário sobre ter dificuldade em se passar por um nariz Bajoran. Nós já o vemos tentar (ainda que com sucesso) personificar outro humanóide além de sua própria aparência regular?

Ao descer a balança, vemos-o personificar um guerreiro klingon chamado Kodrak em DS9: Apocalipse em ascensão. Como foi apontado nos comentários, isso foi uma alteração cirúrgica realizada por Bashir (em Odo preso em forma humana) ao invés de shapeshift.
E ele representa um 'rosto cardassiano genérico' em DS9: Os Corajosos, Livro 2 da Trilogia Rebeldes. Deve-se notar que, embora ele pretenda esconder o rosto atrás de uma máscara, parece passar por um exame casual sem ela.
