Can you stack booming Blade?

It can stack, but only till your next turn. So attacka of opportunity or someone else using the same cantrip will stack. Can you stack booming Blade and green flame Blade? The question is - can I cast Booming Blade or Green Flame Blade twice with my attack action? No. You can replace one of your attacks from the Attack action with a cantrip.

Does green flame Blade count as an attack action?

Using the "Cast a Spell" action to use Green-Flame Blade will give you one GFB attack, no matter how many attacks you would normally be making using an Attack Action.
