You create a sound or an image of an object within range that lasts for the Duration. The Illusion also ends if you dismiss it as an action or cast this spell again. If you create a sound, its volume can range from a Whisper to a scream.
Can a minor illusion move 5e?
If you cast the spell on the ground, it cannot move, like it says in the spell description. But if you cast it on the deck of a ship, it moves with the ship (at least in my campaigns). Can you see through a minor illusion 5e? It can probably be seen through.
This spell uses the exact same mechanic as minor image for discerning the nature of the illusion, and it also describes the illusion as becoming faint after being discerned. It also explicitly says the image can be seen through.

Can you ride an illusory dragon? For the duration, you or a creature you choose can ride the steed. The creature uses the statistics for a riding horse, except it has a speed of 100 feet. However, the Illusory Dragon can be targetted by attacks, although they automatically miss/always succeeds saving throws and is immune to damage.
