Can sound travel Leomunds tiny hut?
If the goblins know what a leomund's tiny hut is then they know they can't get in. They also know that their sound can.
Is tiny hut indestructible?
The PHB makes it seem that the hut is invulnerable to physical damage and since objects within it can leave it arrows seem to be fine firing from the inside. What can pass through tiny hut? No creatures, objects, spells and magical effects can pass through it. That would include dragon breath. The whole point is that when you're inside you're safe from just about anything. Other than dispel magic.
Can you misty step through prismatic wall?
Misty Step requires that you see your destination and since you can't see through a Prismatic Wall you can't Misty Step to the other side. Can you dimension door through a prismatic wall? Yes, this works. Dimension Door and (Greater) Teleport work a bit differently, but there is nothing preventing their use to travel around Prismatic Wall or Sphere.

First, Tiny hut has a casting time of 1 minute normally, not six seconds, and you spend a spell slot of level 3 or higher. Can Strahd enter tiny hut? Can strahd enter a tiny hut? RAW, no Strahd can't enter a tiny hut. No one can, it's a hemisphere of force that keeps anyone from getting in who isn't already inside.
