Does two weapon fighting work with unarmed strike?
Nope. Two weapon fighting requires weapons with the light property. Along those lines, monk's Martial Arts feature sidesteps two weapon fighting while paralleling those rules. As written there's no way to get the Dual Wielder feat to interact with your unarmed strikes.
